Private Group Classes
Private yoga sessions in the comfort of your own space. Yoga is most impactful when you can relax, set your mind at ease and be in the moment. For many, that’s often easiest when you are most comfortable.
Yoga classes for private groups are available and I can work with you to make these lessons happen in your group space or rotating between locations (homes, businesses, parks). Looking for something different to do with your friends, family or coworkers? Spice things up with a group yoga class. It’s even a unique way to spend time with your wedding party, friends and family. You name the occasion and I can customize a yoga session for you!

Yes! InPlace Yoga offers the following class options:
Hatha
Hatha Yoga, (most popular) sometimes referred to as gentle yoga, includes a series of poses and breathing techniques and is great for beginners. The class starts with a warm-up, then moves into some stretching poses, and ends with a short meditation. Poses are often held for longer periods of time to help build strength and flexibility and to ensure proper alignment.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa Yoga, also known as “flow” yoga, is a creative style of yoga that involves linking poses together in a flowing sequence that’s coordinated with breath. The class starts with a warm-up, moves into poses that are linked to breath, and ends with a cool down and short meditation. Vinyasa classes typically move faster and support flexibility, strength and balance through dynamic and active stretching.
Yin
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the body’s tissues such as fascia tendons, ligaments, and bones. Poses are done on the floor and held for a longer period of time, usually 2-5 minutes, and include bolsters and blocks. Yin yoga can help improve flexibility, range of motion, and circulation while also reducing stress and enhancing emotional well-being.
Yoga for Athletes
Yoga for athletes is a hatha based practice focused on stability, alignment, flexibility and mobility. Through this practice, athletes will learn about their bodies, cultivate stability and support healthy functional movements allowing them to continue physical training and workouts safely and efficiently.
Children’s Yoga
Children’s Yoga is a fun and engaging class that enhances the mental and physical wellbeing of kids. This class can be for children 3 years and older and teaches consciousness, stillness, stretching, and courtesy for others.
